Description
Sweet Grass provides end-to-end implementation services, including: Strategic system design – Structuring databases to support program tracking, fundraising, grant management, lending operations, and custom impact tracking needs while remaining flexible and adaptable. Software integrations – Connecting Salesforce with existing tools and systems to streamline data flow and improve efficiency, including everything from loan software, to email marketing, to donor platforms. Workflow automation – Reducing manual tasks and increasing efficiency through process automation as informed by the organization. Data migration and cleanup – Ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems with accurate, well-structured data. User training and adoption support – Equipping teams with the skills and resources to confidently manage and leverage their new system. Ongoing technical assistance – Continuing to stay on as admin support for questions, additional training, system edits and updates, and capacity building.
