Experience Connect extends the file management capabilities of Drive Connect and Share Connect to your Salesforce Experience Cloud site. Give customers, partners, and community users secure access to Google Drive and SharePoint files, and a simple way to upload documents directly through your portal. Salesforce Experience Cloud File Management Surface specific Google Drive or SharePoint files and folders to Experience Cloud users while respecting the permission settings already defined in Salesforce and your document system. Experience Cloud File Upload Deploy a file uploader component directly on your Experience Cloud site. When a user uploads a document, Experience Connect automatically routes it to the corresponding Google Drive or SharePoint folder using Salesforce Flow, keeping files organized and out of Salesforce storage. With Experience Connect, you can: • Save files from Experience Cloud to Google Drive or SharePoint • Link uploaded files directly to Salesforce records • Let Experience Cloud users upload files without hitting Salesforce storage limits • Automate file organization the moment uploads are submitted • Reduce Salesforce storage costs
