AgentPlus gives Agentforce hands in Salesforce: agents navigate, open your own components, draw live charts and build sortable tables, and users can talk to them in Lightning, on Experience sites and in the Salesforce mobile app.

AgentPlus extends Agentforce so agents act on the user's screen instead of only answering in text. Users ask, and the agent does it, inside Salesforce. What the agent can do: - Smart Navigation: open records, related lists, list views, apps, tabs and new-record forms. - Your Own Components: open any Lightning Web Component you register, with parameters, without changing a line of it. - Live Charts: draw bar, line, pie, donut, area and radar charts from your data, then refine them in place as the conversation goes on. - Data Tables: show records with the columns the user names, ready to search, sort, filter and page through. - AgentPlus Voice: talk or type to the agent from the utility bar, a Lightning page, an Experience Cloud site or the Salesforce mobile app, with browser speech or Salesforce speech chosen per agent. Built to be trusted: every action respects the user's permissions, sharing settings and field-level security. AgentPlus runs entirely inside your Salesforce org: your data never leaves it. Admins control which agents each user can talk to and which components each user can open. Available in 8 languages.
