On Salesforce platform I do Sales, Service and Custom processes. I concentrate on projects which are optimally delivered by a single person as I am able to design and develop the whole solution. That's it! But why would you bother contacting me? See my experience and approach below. MY EXPERIENCE I have 15 years of experience in different CRM solutions of various companies and industries. In addition to CRM and IT, I have solid experience in business development. Since last 10 years I have been partner and board member in many companies, and moreover, to drive myself further I am finalizing my business development and leadership studies (EMBA). WHAT DO I BELIEVE IN I believe the success arises from unique ideas which realize as services. And finally, services are adapted into habits of all people in the organization. Sounds easy, but it is not! Unfortunately, we - human beings - do errors, struggle with change and easily make vague assumptions.
