RedFerns for the Win!
We found this appexchange package and it solved exactly what our end users had asked about: they wanted an easier way to preview file attachments without having to select 'View All' from the standard Files related list (especially since they lose the preview after the first 6 files). I did encounter a challenge that I engaged the RedFerns support team on. The team quickly resolved my use case where I noticed that images previously existing and linked originally from EmailMessages were not displaying in the Thumbnail View component. The RedFerns team updated the package to meet this requirement and now this is working just as my users need! Great work to the RedFerns team!
Why would this occur?
Why would the thumbnail images spread out over their containers into other objects? If I add more than two images the thirds busts out. There are ho controls I can see anywhere so thumbnail size, row limits, height etc not adjustable. These images are all over the place. I have adjusted screen size all day and its still a mess. Am I missing something? This would be awesome! Unusable for me as is.
