Narrador is a Narrative Visualisation Tool that enables you to generate an interactive timeline based visualisation of all events and interactions relating to an entity over a defined period of time . Narrador provides the following features: * The ability to extract all information and artefacts associated with an entity and sequencing these events against a timeline * The ability to summarise information for each event and the entity journey as a whole * The ability to select interactions and entity relationships that should be part of the visualisation If you have licensed Agentforce, then you can extend Narrador’s capabilities with an extension package (no further costs) that provides the ability to determine important events to highlight, summarise information and generate a brief based on the contents of the visualisation via agent actions.
