We had excellent service and attention to detail from Vivek and the team at Cloud Cache Consulting. They handled our project with expertise, imparting their expert opinions and solutions on our salesforce framework. There are a ton of large gotcha's that we avoided by working with consultants, and are in a much better state today because we did it.
We couldn't recommend Cloud Cache Consulting highly enough. Their knowledge of all Salesforce products is second to none and we really felt like we could trust them to guide us in the right direction throughout the project. Whenever we came across road blocks, they dealt with it calmly and efficiently without creating complex solutions to small issues. The proof is in the finished product, we had a seamless community launch and all of our automations are working as they should and creating efficiency for our team
The team has been amazing. They were very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure the implementation was successful. Everyone was flexible, even joining meetings with our partners that weren’t part of the contract. But because they were so committed to making the Salesforce implementation work, they attended anyway. On a few occasions, the team even worked on public holidays. Thanks again for all your help!
