One of the best partners I have worked with. We have had major problems with our Quickbooks Salesforce integration with missing invoices and duplicate invoices. The previous integration used Zapier as the middleware. Pooja from this team not only understood the requirements, but fully researched a direct integration with QB APIs. She came up with the strategy, completed the integration in the sandbox, demonstrated every different use and deployed it into production. The project was executed flawlessly as we had scheduled invoices to going on June 1 and was up and running on the 30th of May. We had over 350 invoices generated with the new integration and they were flawless. She has gone on to add capabilities to delete invoices and regenerate then if changes are made in Salesforce, all through Salesforce. Most importantly, all transactions happen in real-time. This partner is the most trusted partner you can have when it comes to Salesforce customization. Highly technical, amazing to interact with and very dependable. We are now working with Pooja to do various customizations for our use of Salesforce.
