Salesforce was great in supporting the Coast Guard's Software development contractor. It was a true team effort that delivered a capability to a group of members that desperately needed an upgrade!
The SUCROSE project has been my first experience with Salesforce. The feedback I have received from our customers has been unanimously positive and they greatly appreciate the new capabilities that have been introduced with the new system. The Synergy team does a fantastic job at keeping stakeholders informed and is very expeditious in addressing any user cases that I need addressed.

Salesforce was a valuable customer for the deployment of the 100 day MVP and full deployment of MISLE MEAM! The Salesforce licenses helped us to deliver a product to the administrative law judge office that was long overdue. Their teamwork with both the Coast Guard and our development vendor (Synergy) was great!
