Post go-live, the platform was stabilized in a short period through proactive involvement from m-pledge’s management, functional, and technical teams. In parallel, m-pledge delivered additional complex components, including Case Management API integrations with key customers. These integrations were implemented and deployed successfully, further demonstrating the team’s technical depth and delivery discipline.
