Additional Details

Odaseva Agentforce Actions is an AppExchange (soon to be deployed into a new marketplace called AgentExchange specifically for Agents and Actions) package that customers can download and install in their orgs and configure their Copilot (via Einstein Studio and Agent Builder) with the relevant actions to allow the Copilot agentic AI to execute processes such as backup job status, object coverage, single restore, etc., on behalf of the customer via the customer’s existing Odaseva Platform account. The value of this package is to allow the customer to converse naturally with the Odaseva platform and execute key data management actions.
