Lithograph Group - Salesforce Support for Universities

The folks at Lithograph are truly incredible-- like, we go to them whenever our Salesforce needs are greater than our internal team's skills/capacity. They take the time to understand each client's requirements & and find a near-perfect consultant fit, both in personality and skill. Our first project with Lithograph saved us during a difficult moment of staff transition. Chad integrated seamlessly with our team & and ensured our backlog of configurations and much-needed program development kept on course. More than that, he took the time to ensure our team understood each solution and developed the basic skills needed to troubleshoot day to day issues. Six months after our contract ended, we found ourselves in need of an admin with sophisticated automation expertise and Lithograph, along with Chad, supported our team to find someone who could work with us in a full-time capacity. As the backbone of a collaborative of non-profits we are innovative with our use of Salesforce and somehow Lithograph connected us with yet ANOTHER all-star named Alex who quickly adapted to our unique requirements. Our system is always growing and Alex has made each development and project feel simple, straightforward, and fun. Every individual I have met from Lithograph has been an absolute joy to work with. They are kind, innovative, and genuinely invested in the success of each organization they partner with. I am a better admin and business analyst because I have worked with Lithograph.

We cannot emphasize enough how invaluable the expertise at Lithograph has been to our team and company as a whole. As Salesforce experts, they not only rescued us during a critical company migration but also played a pivotal role in crafting a sophisticated solutions around customer payment collections, along with a host of technical and usability issues related to our Salesforce (and Marketing Cloud) org. What made an impact is their deep willingness to understand, and innovate, around of some of the less-traveled pieces of the our ecosystem, and their ability to apply themselves to a variety of unique challenges, all while doing so in record time. They've even been instrumental in assisting with technical aspects which exist outside of our org as well, ensuring the entirety of our company is cleanly integrated to Salesforce - our return on investment with them has been undeniable. More importantly, they are patient, great communicators, and an absolute joy to work with. They've walked us through so much, and helped educate both technical and non-technical team members alike. Particular shout-out to Chad for his incredible diligent effort and great personality; he's the real deal. We're lucky to have found Lithograph, and we'll be sticking with them for some time. Cannot thank them enough for all the value they've unearthed for us and continue to surprise us with - can't recommend them more to anyone seeking a great partner and exceptional individuals.
