Best Doc Gen tool we've found for Salesforce

Our small nonprofit has been looking for an easy-to-use (and to install and configure) Salesforce-native document general tool to streamline and simplify our workflows, and after trying several products, we finally tried Appiphony's Merge Connect. This is exactly the product we were looking for. In addition to supporting all the features we need, it is easy to install and configure, the documentation is clear and easy to follow, the user interface is clean, the pricing is right for an organization our size (no unneeded seat licenses required) and the support from the Appiphony team has been top-notch! Very responsive, and with a clear understanding of what a customer needs and how to accomplish it. Highly recommended!

A Doc Gen tool that actually makes life easier? Yes Please!

You have Your File Management System, and you have your CRM. Why waste time with adding a whole new system in, when you can just use Appiphony, which lives Natively in Salesforce, and already is the connective tissue to your file management system? As is what I've come to expect from Appiphony, this is a no-brainer and they knocked it out of the park again. Unless you are in love with your current Doc-Gen tool, or afflicted by Stockholm syndrome to it, make the switch to Merge Connect.

Fantastic Doc Generation

I wish I would have seen this 2 months ago, it would have saved me a lot of research. I have tried numerous doc generation tools, some expensive some not. Merge connect is heads and tails above. Very easy to create new templates and add merge fields. Basic users can use this tool with out much instruction, very intuitive. I cannot speak to support because it just works. But Josh was very quick and responsive with the one pricing question I had. Running doc generation via a flow is also very easy.

Where has this been all my life?

I'm a consultant, so I've used pretty much every merge tool on the market and this is what I wanted all the other ones to be! Just try it!

Fantastic Support!

While even just considering this tool and looking to set it up, I reached out to support to ask for help when I got confused by something, and they generously agreed to meet with me as early as the next morning. They were able to get me to the finish line with my template prior to a stakeholder demo later that day. The template editor is reminiscent of flow builder and very easy and intuitive to use. Even adding related lists, etc. is easy especially by comparison to their competitors. Needless to say, we're moving forward with the purchase. Definitely recommend!

An easy way to add document generation to Flow!

We're using Merge Connect in a Flow to produce client letters. It was easy to install and configure because of the excellent documentation. The Flow component is easy to configure and works correctly out of the box. Support team is quick to provide comprehensive correct responses to questions. It is a pleasure to work with this great product.
