Is it fully automated?

Can stripe be fully automated? Or does one still need to manually process.

Yes, using the app you can build the required automation/orchestration with the help of Flow Builder and Apex. The app, in addition to the Stripe billing data model and sync engine, exposes Stripe APIs as actions that can be leveraged to build your own cross-platform automation. Is there a specific use case you are trying to achieve?

10 Developer script exception a day and no help to resolve

Hello, Not happy about the app and the support. No help was provided since a month about recurent Apex errors. We noticed the support but no feedback. Failed to process Queueable job for class stripeGC.SyncConnectedAccountsQueueable for job ID XXX. caused by: System.CalloutException: Read timed out Class.stripeGC.Callouts.makeStripeAPICallout: line 412, column 1 Class.stripeGC.Callouts.makeStripeAPICallout: line 424, column 1 Class.stripeGC.Callouts.getConnectedAccounts: line 152, column 1 Class.stripeGC.SyncConnectedAccountsQueueable.execute: line 62, column 1 Beside this the app is doing well the job. I would have give 5 stars. Edit 23/04/2026: Stripe Connected App Team helped me to resolve my issue. They are very efficient. I am very happy to give a 5 star. This app is very great as mentioned in my original post.

Existing Stripe Account errors?

We already had a stripe account through salesforce but now it wants me to set up a new one? That is not gonna work. What is the work around? It wont let me move forward now.

Hi Susan, This Salesforce-managed app is primarily designed for integrating directly with Stripe from Salesforce. If you already have a standalone Stripe account and can view the Stripe API keys in your Developer Console, you should be able to use those keys to connect your existing account to this app. If you can't view your API keys, there's a high probability you are using Salesforce Payments, which is a white-labeled payment merchant service offered via Salesforce. In this scenario, please note that this app is not an extension of "Salesforce Payments," where a Stripe account is automatically assigned to you. This app is specifically for integrating with Stripe and is not an extension of Salesforce Payments/PayNow. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Stripe gives you everything you need plus more!

We tried an official Salesforce product that integrated with Stripe...but it didn't give us the functionality we needed to solve our use case. So we installed this package and built our own integration that does exactly what we need! Works great for our needs

We have successfully built a user portal to take complex customer orders and then invoice our customers without needing to rely on Salesforce's expensive billing/commerce solutions. Stripe's platform has been very robust in our experience.

Easy to integrate with salesforce to accept electronic payments

We've had great success streamlining our business processes by accepting payments through Stripe. The Stripe app for Salesforce makes API integration easy utilizing flows which automatically pull the payments into our payments custom object. API documentation is very good as well.
