We worked with Cloud Digital to connect MobilePush engagement data into Marketing Cloud Intelligence, so we could close an important reporting gap. Although the scope was relatively small, they treated it as a critical business challenge and brought strong expertise in Salesforce data integrations. They were proactive in understanding our requirements for MCI, kept communication clear throughout and delivered exactly what we needed on time. Thanks to their support, we now have accurate push performance data feeding into our central dashboards, which has already improved the way we measure digital impact.
