GPT Connect has revolutionised our use of Generative AI (ChatGPT), offering us the much-needed visibility into our use of ChatGPT within Salesforce. As it's built in Salesforce we have utilised the flexibility to 'integrate' with Chatter seamlessly using standard Salesforce Flows. We've also been able to provide the ability to promote and share good (and bad) use cases for others to learn. Further, the application allows us to use four different AI Assistants, each providing varied response languages. This feature has been instrumental in offering diverse system prompts, catering to a broad spectrum of user needs. Lastly, GPT Connect's capability to search through our employee documentation and provide specific responses has significantly streamlined our onboarding and internal employee processes. The efficiency and precision it brings to our operations are truly commendable.
