California non-profit with 14 month and ongoing EXCELLENT relationship with Koshine Tech Labs

I have worked with Koshine Tech Labs for the past 14 months, with an ongoing relationship with our California non-profit, LHON.org. Koshine Tech Labs initially helped us set up our Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack instance/service, providing valuable guidance and technical expertise in setting up the objects and fields, and critical guidance on service and admin configurations. We were extremely pleased with the relationship; we moved forward with more technically complex work. Our phase 2 of our project involved complex Wix forms to Salesforce Contact integration that required Salesforce sandbox setup, building complex forms in Wix + webhook configurations + Zapier JavaScript coding and data mapping, Salesforce flow builder logic for automated email responses, and extensive testing. I personally worked closely with the Koshine team to ensure accurate data transfer and on-time delivery of all work. Our current phase 3 project is building and integrating five new JOTFORM HIPAA and AA 501 Accessibility compliant forms to Salesforce. As an experienced tech worker, I found working with the Koshine team to have expert knowledge of Salesforce, be flexible, extremely efficient, and enabled round-the-clock progress on our important and time-sensitive projects. The Koshine team is professional, communicative, and provides high-quality services that are difficult to source in California, especially with a non-profit budget.
