Portwood generates every document your business sends — quotes, proposals, contracts, invoices, statements, board packets — from live Salesforce data, routes them for signature, and files them back on the record. It runs entirely inside your org: no callouts, nothing leaving Salesforce. Free for unlimited users, every feature, no paid tiers. Generate from a record page, in bulk across thousands of records, or from a Flow. Build templates in Word or HTML, or design one in the browser. Merge tags handle child loops, conditionals, running totals, rich text and dynamic images — and records with 50,000+ child rows are processed automatically. E-signature is included and native: guided signing on the PDF itself, sequential or parallel multi-signer, automated reminders, and a Certificate of Completion capturing signer identity, consent, IP and document hash. No envelope fees, no third-party account. Also included: PDF merging and document packets, barcodes and QR codes, nine chart styles, fillable PDF mapping and template versioning.
