I would estimate our overall experience with Senla as a partner for “Custom Salesforce partner portal" as very positive. We had a big need to provide access to our data and customer info to lots of different types of external partners in various limited ways. After around 1 year of intense work by stages we rolled out the full scope of our needs in the type of SF license we wanted. It was Partner Community Members UE. It allowed us to start actively using outsourced call centers for our business and expand capabilities of affiliates and franchisees, it allowed us to cut CRM costs, cover more leads by sales communication and boost revenue. Senla SF analysts, CRM admins, testers and developers are all extremely responsible, attentive, skillful and professional employees. Communication was always pleasant, clear and fast. So I highly recommend Senla as a trusted partner!
