With Breadwinner Payments, you could automate or manually improve your business by integrating your CRM with your payments backend. Now, with the Agentforce Accelerator, you can allow Agents to interact with your finance data. The possibilities are endless as finance data is now available to internally-facing agents, partner-facing agents, customer-facing agents, and prospect-facing agents. The agents can both answer questions about the finance data and (if you grant the agent appropriate permissions) also perform actions in the finance system.
