Great tool!
We use it for track changes in our Accounts and Opportunities. Very helpful for audits. Setup was not so complicated, support team answer fast. Recomend for any Salesforce org.
Simple to use, Great customer service!
The Winter '25 version 1.4.0 is super easy to setup! The lightning component is pretty intuitive to view changes. Customer Service has been quickly responsive. I was asking questions about version 1 and eventually they said to wait for version 1.4 because setup would be easier. While I was waiting, I occasionally asked for updates which they responded to within 1-2 days. They even remembered to email me to when it launched! Now that is going above and beyond for a free product! Things I would like to see (some of which they've told me they're working on for future updates): -track when records are deleted -track when records are restored from the recycle bin
Important: Salesforce Platform Changes Impacting App Performance
Excited to start using this product! But for anyone eager to install and dive in like I was, a quick heads-up: the TrueSolv team let me know that recent Salesforce platform updates have introduced several issues affecting components of the True Field History app — including the tracking of field history. They’re actively working on fixes and preparing an updated package version, but it may take a little time.
Cart Item Object
Is it possible to track changes to CartItem fields? Does the app support this object?

We’ve been using True Field History for several months across multiple Salesforce orgs, and it has quickly become an essential part of our toolkit. The app provides clear, detailed tracking of field changes without the usual Salesforce limitations, which has made troubleshooting and audits far more efficient. It’s particularly useful during integrations and deployments, allowing us to instantly see what was changed, when, and by whom saving hours of manual investigation. The UI is straightforward and user-friendly. Highly recommend True Field History.
