Sprocket exists for increasing website conversion rate through optimizing customer experiences. Marketer will be able to find friction points which make customers difficult to use and bounce from the website. Also, they can deliver personalized interactions via Sprocket.　First, Sprocket collects user behaviors data which are "Page view", "Page scroll", and "Click" from the website. Then, analyzes those data to discover a problem which hinder progress of the customer's website journey. Finally, delivers personalized interactions as POP-UP messages, banner contents, or JavaScript original widgets to customer at the right timing. Needless to say will also analyze the effects of delivered personalized interactions.
