I've been really happy with SME so far. One of my clients recently asked, is there any plan to add two-factor authentication for sensitive documents similar to DocuSign's SMS code or passcode verification? I think it would be a great security feature.

No more missed follow-ups

One thing I always struggled with was forgetting to send follow-up reminders. Auto populating transaction reminder dates has completely taken that off my plate. Reminders go out automatically which makes it much easier to stay on top of pending signatures and keep everything moving without extra effort.

Multilingual email sending issues

We are currently using a different solution and facing a lot of issues while sending multilingual emails. Wanted to know if this solution supports setting up and sending emails in the recipient’s preferred language smoothly?

Better tracking & follow-ups
