innFLEX Consulting is a Salesforce consulting and implementation partner dedicated to hospitality. The hospitality industry is our only focus. Our team spent decades inside the industry, working with some of the world's largest hotel brands to implement, operate and support their Salesforce solutions. We arrive knowing how a property runs and where the operational pain sits. AI is where most hotel technology conversations start these days, and where most projects stall. Industry research puts the share of companies getting real financial return from AI at only around one percent, and the reason is almost always the same: the data layer was never ready. We work in the opposite order. We assess what your guest and operational data can support, get that foundation right, then design AI & Salesforce solutions that have somewhere solid to start from. We also build. hotelPROPEL is our accelerator platform for hotel operations: properties and rooms, housekeeping assignment and inspection, maintenance work orders, guest requests and preferences, a frontline board built on low-cost licenses, and a virtual agent phone channel for staff or guests to report issues.

Our team has spent decades inside the industry, working for and with some of the largest hotel brands in the world to implement, operate, enhance and support their Salesforce solutions. That means we arrive already knowing how a property runs, how brand standards work, and where the operational pain actually sits. We also build. hotelPROPEL is our Salesforce accelerator for hotel operations, covering properties, rooms and room types, housekeeping assignment and inspection, maintenance work orders, guest service requests and guest preferences. It includes a purpose-built board for frontline staff that runs on low-cost licences, role-based access for managers, housekeeping supervisors, housekeeping staff, maintenance, front desk and guest services, and a voice channel so staff can report an issue by phone with no app and no training. Where you already have a guest data platform, we work alongside it. Our focus is the staff side of the hotel, the operational layer that turns clean guest data into work that actually gets done.
