The scope of the project was to Update the Quote for Services Document (T&M Estimate) to new Enhanced Version, to be used Worldwide. The Partner applied 30 different language translations, some of them double byte characters which added further challenges to the format.

We engaged this partner to determine a Solution to apply tariff fees for very specific scenarios in a very short period of time. We facilitated a discovery session and within a few days our partner provided a high-level solution and level of effort. This information enabled us to document and submit detailed requirements. The quality of development was excellent and we successfully tested and deployed code into Production within our required timeline.

We hired AWT to assist our Marketing team with fully utilizing Marketing Cloud functionality. We were assigned a Marketing Cloud expert who was able to quickly identify multiple areas that we could improve upon. The engagement encompassed both our B2B and B2C businesses. Our Marketing team is now able to get meaningful reporting on campaigns and is able to drive better analytics.
