Email Domain Performance Report: Shows email performance across domains (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) with metrics for sends, opens, clicks, and bounces. Email Spam Complaint Report: Identifies emails generating spam complaints. Fully Customisable Reports: Modify and tailor reports to specific business needs. The app supports the Email channel and requires Data Cloud permissions, the Starter Bundle for Email channel, and a pre-configured Marketing Cloud Engagement connection. Once installed, these reports streamline reporting and support data-driven decisions. Note: These reports, hosted in the Data Cloud, generate queries and consume Data Cloud credits.
