The initial project should include a visit to your work location to allow the partner to see how you are currently doing business and get a good understanding of what you would like to continue in the future salesforce application. The engineering support and technical advice was excellent once there was an understanding of what we were actually asking for. The final product was very close to what we were used to using with all the added benefits of the salesforce application. The team that we worked with was an outstanding group of people that were very responsive to what we asked for and extremely knowledgeable in the ability to modify the application to meet our needs. I would highly recommend our partner to any other organization wanting to make the transition. Again, I cannot express enough the importance of onsite visits of the partner to minimize the miss understanding of what you are looking for and potential loss of time and cost over runs due to rework or misunderstood direction.
