Elucidate Group | Making the Complex Simple

We engaged Elucidate to help deploy an AI student concierge using Salesforce Agentforce, aiming to provide 24-hour student support and reduce the burden of repetitive administrative tasks like password resets, FAQs, and address updates. Given the newness of the technology, we needed assistance with setup, deployment, and best practices for ongoing improvement. Elucidate stood out for their friendly and collaborative approach, responding well to feedback and ensuring that expected functionality was properly implemented. Sam's support was particularly valuable, advocating for our needs and keeping the project on track. They worked with Agentforce, Omnichannel, and MIAW, handling the technical setup, which was a huge help given our limited internal resources. While we're still in the experimentation phase, having expert support for the initial deployment has been beneficial. I’d recommend Elucidate for similar Agentforce projects, and my key advice would be to schedule regular catch-ups to maintain alignment throughout the engagement.

Elucidate have been fantastic to work with. Our weekly meetings have been super helpful to ensure we are all on the same page and across where each use case is at. Nic has been fast to get back to any questions or changes we've had in between our weekly meetings.

Really strong partner experience. Sam and his team did a brilliant job with this engagement. They took the time to really understand our business objectives and were determined to help us overcome a number of potential integration challenges. Though we have not proceeded with a Sales Force Solution at this current stage we certainly were able to achieve all key outcomes from the scoping discovery and was very valuable for our Business to understand our position as well as best way forward.
