Team Circle

We engage Team Circle on a regular basis to assist us in the management of services and resource augmentation. What sets Circle apart is their ability to make our relationship feel like an extended team environment while quickly and efficiently addressing tasks when problems arise or resource constraints present themselves. Upon completing tasks, they take the time to explain the process and document it, providing valuable learning opportunities for our internal teams and fostering a growth and development relationship with junior team members. I highly recommend taking advantage of their proactive problem-solving skills and clear communication. Their dedication to understanding our requirements and consistently delivering beyond our expectations has been invaluable.

We have had the Salesforce Marketing Cloud application available to us for a few years, but not used it to start building journeys. Team Circle were able to come in tactically and stand up the first journey quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Team Circle immediately "got under the hood" of our Saleforce database and promptly reverted with recommendations and a way forward. Though the focus was with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, there was cross over into Salesforce Core. In addition to developing our first journey Team Circle also provided support, tutelage and trained one of our team to build their own journeys. Further they were instrumental in providing understanding and awareness to internal stakeholders for uptake and buy-in. All in all, we were able to achieve in a matter of weeks, what had taken years to get to. I look forward to working with Team Circle again, they have much to offer, we've only scratched the surface.

The team at Circle jumped right in and worked as a fantastic extension of our internal marketing team. They are always available to help in any way, going above and beyond in every regard. From running stakeholder Q&A sessions to crafting data-driven strategies, and everything in between. Not only is Circle extremely knowledgeable, but they also took our team along for the journey from start to finish. Every recommendation and decision was clearly communicated with a data-centric rationale, along with platform education where necessary. Can't recommend them enough!
