Dcisive integrates effortlessly with Salesforce through a pre-built adapter, allowing customers to either retain files within Salesforce (fully federated) or transfer them to external locations, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS Blob Storage, depending on operational requirements to significantly reduce storage costs whilst maintaining full file access. Dcisive also extends functionality through Microsoft’s OCR and AI services, enabling automatic scanning, classification, and metadata enhancement based on file content to reduce the manual effort associated with planning, managing, and resolving issues related to assets, customers, facilities, incidents, hazards, and others.
