Great payment solution backed by outstanding support

We implemented Paytram at our CPA firm and ran into a few issues during setup. Sruly was incredibly responsive and hands-on in resolving every problem we encountered. Rather than giving us the runaround, he jumped in quickly, understood the issues, and worked with us until everything was fully resolved. The level of support made a real difference — it's rare to find a vendor that's this accessible and genuinely invested in making sure things work for you. Works well, responsive team

With this product, you must write your own flows to charge cards, to save cards, or to void payments and issue refunds. All payment interface is through flows (not coded in apex), i.e. the product provides several payment related flow elements. Flows are easy to write, though you must follow the instructions carefully. The team is very responsive, and responded to our questions very quickly, resolving the problems we had. Overall a good product, with good support. But you have to realize that you must write your own payment and refund flows (in our case this is exactly what we wanted, canned interfaces tend to not work well with customizations).

Efficent and easy to use

Paytram makes managing ongoing donations more efficient and seamless. Payment information is entered just once, monthly donations can be easily set up, and everything is saved for future use. I highly recommend it!

Great salesforce credit card integration

This software integrates with Salesforce seamlessly, and allows our organization to accept Credit Cards and Donor Advised Funds from within Salesforce itself. It easily allows for recurring charges to be set up and even allows for an ACH!

Extemely Cost Effective

We wanted a simple solution for both oline forms and our native call centre flow in Salesforce. Paytram has been simple to install and has worked out more cost effective than the other solutions we explored. Really happy with what you get on such a limited budget. The best part is there are no additional costs, transaction fees ontop of the usual Stripe fees we pay. That was the part that ultimately led to the decision to go with paytram and we are not dissappointed.

A Year In — Still the Best Decision We Made

We’ve been using PayTram for about a year now, and it’s honestly been one of the best additions to our Salesforce setup. As a nonprofit, we needed something reliable, flexible, and easy to use — and PayTram delivered on all fronts. It integrates smoothly with Flows, works with all the objects we need, and lets us manage both credit card and ACH payments without any headaches. We’ve set up donation forms, event payments, and more — all with minimal effort. The pricing has been very nonprofit-friendly, and anytime we had a question, their support was quick and helpful. After a full year, we’re still just as happy with it as we were on day one. Highly recommend.

Easy to use
