There are plenty of eSigning products on the market, ranging widely in terms of usability, complexity, ease of integration with Salesforce, and pricing. From what I've seen so far, Appiphony's eSign Connect provides the smoothest interface I've seen. The UI is clean, installation is a breeze, and in its current version, it connects to DocuSign, presenting DocuSign in a frame within Salesforce, making a very quick transition for someone already familiar with DocuSign (nothing new to learn). Performance is fast, and the flexible pricing model works very well for a nonprofit of our size. Highly recommended!

A True Game-Changer for Document Management in Salesforce

I’ve worked with several document management tools and integrations within Salesforce, and I can confidently say that Appiphony’s products are hands down the best on the AppExchange. We currently use multiple products from Appiphony, including eSign Connect and Drive Connect Enterprise, both of which we subscribe to on a monthly basis. These tools have been the most useful and impactful solutions we’ve implemented, especially in how seamlessly they integrate with Left Main REI. Compared to other document apps and integrations I’ve used, nothing comes close. The functionality, ease of use, and overall efficiency are truly unmatched. Once your fields are properly set up across your objects, the process becomes incredibly streamlined—mapping everything into Drive Connect templates is straightforward and intuitive. I’ve also had the opportunity to work directly with Vanson, and I truly cannot say enough great things about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is set up correctly. His level of support is exceptional—he takes the time to walk through every detail, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure you feel confident every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone as dedicated and helpful as he is. I’m extremely grateful for his support and guidance throughout this entire process. Since implementing Appiphony’s software, our workflow has become significantly faster, more efficient, and far more organized. It has truly transformed the way we manage our documents within Salesforce. I highly recommend Appiphony to anyone using Salesforce, it’s an absolute game changer.

Seamless Workflow tool for Integrating Docusign, Salesforce, and Google Drive w/ an amazing team!

Our companies workflow and need for both Salesforce and more specifically, an e-signature platform, was very unique - and eSignConnect was the perfect tool for the job! The ability to integrate with their other tool, Drive Connect, was really fundamental to our use case, where we could send a DocuSign envelope from within a Salesforce Opportunity, and have it automatically come back and place the signed copy of the document into the correct records Google Drive folder - amazing! And the team over at Appiphony have been super accommodating and helpful as well, when we needed a specific functionality slightly tuned for our use case, they were happy to oblige and add it into their next release - outstanding customer service as well! The amount of time our company has saved with this tool has been enormous and I would highly recommend it!
