I needed to completely overhaul a CPQ instance, as well as get support for day to day administration, integrations, and development. I was very impressed with how the overall project was managed, from development to testing. The requirements were not easy (advanced ARR recognition, automations, etc.) and I was really impressed with the final product and the reporting that was developed. The best practices that were shared with my operations team helped us maintain the system and helped lower our overall costs, saving us some headcount. Highly recommended!
