Before I began my career in consulting, I worked in nonprofit management. I was a member of senior leadership at one of the leading Los Angeles homeless services nonprofits where I worked in roles managing fundraising, contracts, and our $75 million agency budget. As a Salesforce professional, I am 4x certified including Nonprofit Cloud and Sales Cloud consultant certifications. I have implemented Salesforce at multiple nonprofits and consulted on other CRMs such as SalsaCRM, DonorPerfect, and Raiser's Edge. I have also consulted with nonprofits on NetSuite ERP implementations. I hold a Master of Public Administration degree and have a passion for helping organizations achieve their full potential. My blend of nonprofit leadership experience and CRM/ERP skills gives me a unique perspective on implementing solutions and understanding the needs of both management and the end user.
