Overview

Agentforce Record Insights lets your users have a conversation with any Salesforce record. It automatically discovers fields, supports multi-turn chat, and can compare up to five records side by side. User Guide:http://sfdc.co/ccDHFf

  • Zero-Config Field Discovery — Automatically detects available fields and organizes them by category using Schema Describe APIs. Works across standard and custom objects.

  • Relationship Traversal — Walks parent and child relationships up to three levels deep. Users control which related objects to include and how far to go.

  • Multi-Turn Conversation — Persistent chat with full conversation history. Ask follow-up questions without re-explaining context.

  • Cross-Record Comparison — Select two to five records of the same type and get AI-powered side-by-side analysis with prioritization recommendations.

  • User-Controlled Context — Toggle field categories, related objects, and traversal depth on the fly. A live token estimate shows prompt size before sending.

  • Suggested Follow-Ups — Optional AI-generated follow-up questions after each response keep the conversation moving.

  • Model Selection — Choose from available Salesforce Models API providers including Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Amazon Nova, and NVIDIA Nemotron. Automatic fallback if a model is unavailable.

Agentforce Record Insights brings AI-powered conversational analysis directly into any Salesforce record page — no prompt templates, no configuration. Drop the component onto a page and it automatically discovers available fields and relationships, letting users ask questions about their CRM data in natural language. It goes beyond basic summaries by traversing related records, enabling multi-turn conversations, and comparing up to five records side by side — all grounded in live data and fully respecting your org's sharing rules and field-level security.
