MADE has made a great job: - leading the project, - listening to all our business needs and trying to find a solution with SF, - listening to all our objections and/or fears, and taking them into accounts, - planning a daily and weekly follow up, - organizing trainings with Q/A sessions, - supporting our teams for the golive and after the golive, - helping for creating dashboards on activities follow up. Their knowledge of the tool, of our company and the way they have driven the project, made it a great (but very challenging) experience.
