Additional Details

The cartridge provides ability to integrate the Simplr customer service platform and Salesforce B2C Commerce platform. The Simplr cartridge works as a middleware between Salesforce B2C Commerce and the Simplr platform and allows the Simplr platform to pull Order Information from B2C Commerce, Cancel an Order, Issue Store Credit, and Update Shipping or Billing Address for a Customer. Each function can be enabled or disabled independently through the cartridge configuration.
