After install, create a Polymorphic Lookup Config custom metadata record to define object-to-field mappings and search fields. Then add the component to any Record Page or Flow Screen. Users need read access to target objects and edit access to the lookup

The Universal Polymorphic Lookup is a Lightning Web Component (LWC) that consolidates multiple lookup relationships on a single record into one unified search-and-select interface. Instead of exposing individual lookup fields (e.g., Account, Contact, Opportunity) scattered across a page layout, this component presents them as a single “Related To” field where users can search across any of the configured target objects.
