Coming from a B2B SaaS sales background, I’ve used plenty of tools that promise to make reps more productive, but WingRep is one of the few that actually fits naturally into how I work. What I like most is that it helps across the entire sales process - I’m better prepared before calls, get useful coaching and context during them, and don’t have to spend nearly as much time afterward writing follow-ups, updating the CRM, or trying to remember every detail. The biggest difference for me is the coaching. Instead of just recording and summarizing calls, WingRep actually helps me understand what I could have done better and how to approach the next conversation. As someone early in my sales career, having that feedback after every call is incredibly valuable. I work on the GTM team at WingRep, so I’m obviously close to the product — but I’m also using it constantly in my own sales workflow, and it’s genuinely made me a more prepared and effective seller.

My performance team for every sales call

As a founder doing a lot of founder-led sales, WingRep has become something I genuinely can’t imagine selling without. It’s like having an entire performance team at my disposal - a researcher, strategist, sales engineer, sales coach, and assistant - helping me before, during, and after every customer conversation. I’m better prepared going into meetings, sharper during them, and much more consistent about following up and learning from every call. It’s made me a significantly more effective salesperson, and at this point, I can’t live without it. I’m obviously biased as WingRep’s founder & CEO — but I’m also one of its most active users.

Great tool that boosts $$$

I've used a lot of other tools in the past to manage my calls + deals, but none of them have done as much for me as WingRep. The few things that really improve my quality of life: - you don't need to log into any dashboard. everything just arrives via email. This has been such a lifesaver since sometimes I forget I have a big meeting coming up and I'll see the WingRep email. - Automatic CRM updates. literally don't need to think about the CRM side of things, just join calls, talk, leave and your CRM is updated. - Summaries and follow up emails that actually sound human and use my company's "internal brain." people can usually spot AI slop from a mile away, but the emails WingRep generates sound incredibly thoughtful and human-written. and it uses my company's knowledge, so it KNOWS how to pitch well. i feel like I don't even need to proofread my emails anymore. highly recommend it to anyone, it definitely saves me 30+ hours a month, which makes the plan for an entire team of reps super worth it.
