Excellent Salesforce Team

Crystal Lotus has helped me on multiple Salesforce projects spanning multiple clouds. They have an excellent development / implementation team that is capable of handling the toughest challenges. The main project that they helped me with was setting up the Salesforce instance for a Healthcare facility. This was a brand new Health Cloud implementation. The end user needed the ability to intake patients, manage benefits, manage care plans, and integrate with the EHR system. Crystal Lotus was able to handle all aspects of this project. Not only do they implement well, they are also excellent communicators. They can clearly explain development plans, do demoes, solution requirements, and create documentation.
