Salesforce can be a tricky program to navigate without the expertise of professionals such as Bieasonng. We have been tweaking issues and they have helped me navigate impressive implementation of various enhancements to make our nonprofit work better for all our staff. I am blown away by their level of commitment to the project.
Our partner team was very invested in the outcome of our organization's project. Always suggesting ideas to tweak or carry out the functionality of the system just another step better. Very receptive to my comments and changes. Always recapping what was discussed and how we would move forward after our online meetings. Thourough and respectful.
Working with Bieasonng was great! We hired Tom and Satya to help with our CPQ initiatives, specifically creating a product creation process in Salesforce. This is a brand new process at Calabrio, up to this point it's been manual. The process and automation the team built out have streamlined this process, taking it from 15-30 minutes per product to just a few minutes, and the built-in approval process gives us governance that we've never had before. Tom was our main point of contact. Working with him was always great. He was responsive and available when we needed him, and didn't have any issue understanding our requirements and translating them into a technical solution. Overall our experience was great, we'd highly recommend Bieasonng and we'll work with them again in the future!
