It streamlines collaboration and ensures no action item is missed. BUSINESS VALUE: ✔Turn Chatter posts into actionable tasks. ✔Save time and boost productivity. ✔Ideal for law firms, advocates, consulting teams, and service organizations. KEY FEATURES: 1.Automatic Due Dates: ✔If no #date is added, today’s date is used. ✔Set a default offset using TaskActivityDate (e.g., value = 5 → due date = today + 5 days). 2.Simple Task Creation via Chatter: ✔Type #task, mention a user with @username, then write the task subject. ✔Optionally add #date MM/DD/YYYY. ✔Create multiple tasks in a single post. 3.Customizable Triggers: ✔Enable or disable task creation from Chatter posts or comments through Trigger Settings.
