Our team brought Walden Edge a unique problem for a legal process we needed to move from an internal tool we were disabling. Lucky for us, Lizz was well versed on the process we needed a solution for, and was able to create requirements to best support our needs. With a tight deadline looming, the Walden Edge team got to work, and provided us a with a solution to test in the Sandbox in a week. Lizz constantly communicated with us on status of the project, updates we requested, and ensured proper functionality once deployed through our testing of the system and email notifications. This customized solution was exactly what we needed, and is already exceeding our expectations in ease of use, workflow, and data management.

We are in the staffing and recruitment industry, and we hired Walden Edge to set us up and customize our SFDC org, and to build a custom integration with MS Dynamics ATS. It was important for us to find an implementation partner who understood our business. Walden Edge had worked with a similar business in the past and was able to leverage that knowledge to help them during requirements gathering through implementation. We started with 15 enterprise licenses to be used primarily by sales reps, sales leadership, operations, and marketing teams. Our recruiting team uses MS dynamics ATS. Walden helped to build custom workflows based on our use case that included custom objects, report, and dashboards. Their architecture and development team worked with Dynamics to build an API and got the 2 systems to talk to each other. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work Walden Edge did for our business. Their strengths are in communication, scope definition and requirements gathering, as well as putting the right technical professionals on the team who could build our integration. They had expertise in data architecture, data security, and had excellent software engineering skills in order to do some custom coding where needed. They helped to make recommendations to keep the maintenance of our platform as simple as possible and have been helping to train our internal employees on administration skills.
