We engaged as a result of a mobile app update that changed the usability experience of our Field Service implementation from poor to not fit for purpose following a previous sub-standard implementation by another partner organisation. Immediately skilled resources were engaged with superb product understanding and practical experience of diagnosing existing deployments. The engagement, collaboration, remediation approach, testing and proactivity demonstrated by the whole team has been second to none. A truly excellent partner who understood the urgency of our predicament and has gained the trust of those in our organisation from Field Service Engineers through to senior leadership.
