Additional Details

The Field Service Test Suite enables you to perform automated testing in Salesforce Field Service. It can simulate the gradual build up of a schedule for one or more service territories by retrieving available time slots using appointment booking or candidates functionality and scheduling the appointments at a random (weighted) selected time slot. The test can run using a single or multiple threads and gathers performance metrics which can be analyzed by the provided reports. Also the quality of the resulting schedule can be reviewed to validate your data and your scheduling policies. Subsequently you can run optimization - as part of the Salesforce Field Service functionality - after running a test to see what kind of improvements to the schedule can be achieved by optimization. This is especially useful when using appointment booking. The Field Service Test Suite does not impact your Salesforce Field Service implementation as it does not add any custom logic or fields to the Salesforce Field Service standard objects.
