We are in the early stages of implementation of the Salesforce Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections (LPI) solution for our city's code compliance, planning, development/engineering, building department, and environmental health functions. It has been a true pleasure working with Vivid GovTech on this project. From the selection process, through discovery, and now in the early days of implementation, they do what they say they are going to do and deliver what they have promised when they say/promise it. I'm also impressed that they are mindful to configure the system in a way that is most functional and efficient for internal and external users. We also have a very collaborative implementer/staff team working together to marry technology with individual business needs for the ultimate processes to serve our customers. Seeing functionality that is excellent after Sprint 1 which makes staff excited for what's next. You rarely get that feedback with technology implementation in the government sector.
