The app equips Salesforce ISV and OEM Partners with detailed insights into the usage of their AppExchange apps, enabling better product and customer management decisions. ISV Analytics provides tracking of customer interactions, feature usage, and installation trends, while also visualizing key metrics related to customer health and licensing. Users can access detailed dashboards to visualize data on feature adoption, usage patterns over time and across regions, unique user interactions, and more. The app utilizes the AppExchange App Analytics API and supports custom logging from the app's code. We designed this product based on our own experiences with publishing AppExchange apps when we needed meaningful and readily available analytics data. ISV Analytics will help you refine your product roadmap, optimize your marketing strategies, manage customer retention, and drive business growth through actionable, data-driven insights.
