My experience with Fingertip Technologies has been one of the most frustrating hiring experiences I have had. What is the point of conducting 3 interview rounds, collecting documents, keeping a candidate engaged for more than 25 days, and then giving the same copy-paste response every single time? First round: 3 hours. Second round: 2 hours. Third round: 2 hours. More than 7 hours spent in interviews alone. Then document collection. Aadhaar card. PAN card. Three months' salary slips. Multiple calls. Multiple follow-ups. And after every follow-up, the exact same response: "Internal discussion." "Timeline is being finalized." "Multiple candidates are in the pipeline." If multiple candidates are in the pipeline, that's understandable. But does that mean candidates who have already completed all rounds should be kept waiting indefinitely? By that logic, new candidates can keep entering the pipeline forever and existing candidates can keep waiting forever. I clearly informed the HR team multiple times that I already had another offer and active opportunities that required a decision from my side. Yet there was never a concrete timeline. Never a clear update. Never a straightforward answer. The most confusing part was being asked to submit personal and salary-related documents after completing all interview rounds, creating the expectation that the process was moving forward, only to keep delaying the decision further, which honestly felt like make people fool Then weeks of waiting. Weeks of follow-ups. Weeks of the same generic responses. And finally a rejection. The rejection is not the issue. Rejections happen. What frustrated me was investing weeks of my time, hours of interviews, document submissions, continuous follow-ups, and emotional energy while receiving little clarity about where I actually stood in the process.
