Teaching while Building Volunteer Application Flow
Bobby Wright at Common Unite installed for us (NPSP) his Flow Tool Kit application and his Volunteer Application Forms and Flows and then customized these to our specifications. He did this on-screen with me while explaining what all the components are and how they work, so that when I choose to expand on the use of the Flow Tool Kit application, I'll be fortified with a deeper knowledge of this incredibly powerful app. Bobby was patient with me and my questions and inventive when offering solution options. He was budget-minded in his operations (like assigning me tasks I could handle outside of our meeting time), and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. HIGHLY recommend!
