Member Management extends the Nonprofit Success Pack with everything a membership organization needs to bill dues, collect payments, and close the books — without leaving Salesforce. A built-in Virtual Terminal runs credit-card and ACH transactions right on the record page, tokenized via Authorize.Net Accept.js so raw account numbers never touch your org. Guided wizards handle refunds, voids, transfers, splits, and reallocations, and installment Payment Plans keep recurring revenue flowing. Bill your entire membership in one reviewed pass with the Mass Account Billing Wizard — with duplicate-billing prevention and mid-year proration. Membership levels assign automatically as payments apply, and account standing (Good Standing / Past Due / Lapsed) rolls up through NPSP. Financial batches flag Sum-vs-Expected mismatches before anything leaves the org, and an extensible export framework ships five providers — QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, FundEZ, and Great Plains — with cash or accrual basis, GL codes, and a full re-export audit trail.
